Apartment For Rent

For some time now, I've noticed more "Apartment Available" signs in the East Village. I took pictures of some of them, and I was going to post them all together (I still might), but this one on East 9th Street (?) really caught my attention:

Hovel available.

Not every window in this building is boarded up, but this isn't the only one that is either!

There's something for everyone… in the East Village!
