Avenue A Update

I was riding down Avenue A this evening, on a regular blue Citibike, when I espied this:

Riot gates up and lights on.

This is the first time the riot gates have been up and the lights on in months. It probably means some new store is going to open here. (There used to be a store here called Alphabets, but they moved.)

First, the grand opening of Avenue A Classic Food, and then this, all in the same day!

A new store — how cool is that?

I wonder what they'll sell?!
