Novelty Ice Cubes

The first day of the new year isn't all about setting up Play Station 4 accounts, or cleaning under the kitchen sink, or even binge-watching Futurama on Netflix all day long. No, it's about sharing.

That's why I'm going to share this picture with you, of a Dalek and a Tardis ice cube:

I got a Dalek/Tardis ice cube tray for Christmas this year! You would be able to see more detail if so many tiny air bubbles didn't get frozen into the ice. I'll work on that.

    you have to boil the water before freezing it - that drives out all the gasses in the water, which is what causes the bubbles.
