Pirate Wind Chimes

It seems that every time I pass the pirate's cove on Second Avenue and East 7th Street, there's a new addition to the arrangement.

This past Wednesday, it was wind chimes:




It's reasonable to expect the wind chimes to chime in the wind, when watching them on video, but there was no wind!
