East Villagers love their Old Testament graffiti, but they can't spell for doo-doo!

Behold, outside the beloved Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, on The Bowery, last Sunday:

Bad spelling.

What does it mean, you ask?

For I know the plans I have for you — declares the Lord —
and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Now that's encouraging!
